Bicycle needed a Lead UI Engineer to architect next-generation user interface that would make enterprise software engaging, intuitive, and powerful. The role required someone ambitious, hands-on, and impact-driven. The ideal candidate would have strong intuition for UI refinement in a 0-to-1 environment, with end-to-end ownership experience across enterprise SaaS and B2B products.
Purple Quarter partnered with Bicycle to identify the right candidate with a fast turnaround. From the outset, it was clear that Bicycle was looking for the Creator archetype from our Behavioral Metrics Model, demonstrating 360° ownership and execution. We focused our search on candidates from Y Combinator-backed and early-stage startups that had experienced meaningful scale.
This led us to Mohit Srivastava, a Founding Engineer and Architect with 13+ years of experience across SaaS, B2B, Web3, and e-commerce. Mohit had previously led UI engineering at Launch, Vauld, and Tekion, and his background strongly aligned with Bicycle’s need for a driven, fast-learning, innovation-oriented leader. With Mohith’s aspirations and expertise aligning seamlessly with Bicycle’s culture and vision, we completed the entire search and offer process in only 26 days.
As Lead UI Engineer at Bicycle AI, Mohit will drive the evolution of traditional enterprise interfaces into engaging and intuitive user experiences. He will collaborate closely with the founders and product leadership, directly influencing product strategy and delivering seamless, AI-driven interactions for their rapidly growing customer base.
