Problem Statement

FlyDubai, aiming to enhance client-centric journeys across its product portfolio, sought to onboard a UX Manager capable of delivering exceptional user experiences and creating comprehensive design guidelines. The client emphasized the need for a tech leader with a background in the aviation, hotel, or travel industry to ensure a deep understanding of the industry's intricacies. 

They required a candidate with global exposure, over 10 years of experience in UX management, and excellent communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams. FlyDubai reached out to us to find the ideal candidate who could meet these criteria and drive their UX strategy forward.

His extensive experience in the travel and hospitality sectors, combined with his expertise in user experience management, made him an ideal fit for FlyDubai's requirements.
