Precision Hiring: Auxia’s Second Win with Purple Quarter

Introduction

Auxia, an innovative AI-native growth and engagement platform founded in 2022, empowers modern product and marketing teams to deliver personalized user journeys. Headquartered in Los Altos, California, and backed by prominent investors such as Vela Partners and Incubate Fund, Auxia is rapidly scaling globally, having recently secured Series A funding just three years after its establishment.

Problem Statement

Following Purple Quarter’s first successful appointment at Auxia, the company turned to us again – this time to find an Engineering Lead to drive innovation in their critical India operations. The ideal leader would demonstrate substantial experience in technical product management, particularly distributed systems, scalable data infrastructure, API design, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. Additionally, familiarity with AI/ML systems and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills were essential.

Execution & Solution

Leveraging patented our proprietary Behavioral Metrics Model (BMM), we swiftly identified Siddardha Garimella, whose professional trajectory and cultural alignment matched Auxia’s distinct needs. Siddardha, one of the first four employees at Swiggy and an IIT Madras-educated computer science expert, presented an exceptional profile as a strategic blend of “Creator” and “Nurturer”.


Impressed by Siddardha's credentials,Auxia redefined its engineering leadership role to leverage his capabilities and fuel their next phase of growth. His extensive experience with early-stage tech ventures, combined with robust technical skills, aligned with Auxia’s innovative ethos. Siddardha was equally captivated by Auxia's visionary founder – a former Google leader with over two decades of industry experience – and recognized a clear growth trajectory, including the potential to grow into a CTO role.

We efficiently closed this mandate within 60-days, highlighting the effectiveness of our precision-driven hiring approach.

Looking Forward

In his new role, Siddardha will lead strategic initiatives, including defining and driving the roadmap for Auxia’s core platform, overseeing the design and delivery of scalable APIs, distributed systems, and data infrastructure. He will closely collaborate with engineering and data science teams, reinforcing Auxia’s competitive edge and market impact.
