Headquartered in Los Altos, California, and backed by prominent investors such as Vela Partners and Incubate Fund, Auxia is rapidly scaling globally, having recently secured Series A funding just three years after its establishment.

Problem Statement

Following Purple Quarter’s first successful appointment at Auxia, the company turned to us again – this time to find an Engineering Lead to drive innovation in their critical India operations. The ideal leader would demonstrate substantial experience in technical product management, particularly distributed systems, scalable data infrastructure, API design, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. Additionally, familiarity with AI/ML systems and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills were essential.
