Problem Statement

As Josys prepared to strengthen its product for global markets, the company needed a Director of Engineering who could lead the entire software engineering charter with a blend of technical depth and execution discipline. The role required someone capable of driving product-market fit, modernizing engineering practices, and building a predictable, high-quality delivery environment. The leader should understand cloud-native development, shape long-term architectural direction, and champion Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, and automation-led development to reduce operational inefficiencies and support scalable, enterprise-grade growth.
