Introduction

Suki is an AI-powered, voice-enabled digital assistant designed to alleviate the administrative burden faced by doctors. Headquartered in Redwood City, California, Suki has been at the forefront of healthcare technology since its founding in 2017. Leveraging advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning, Suki’s solutions seamlessly integrate with major Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, significantly enhancing efficiency and accuracy. By reducing documentation time by an average of 76%, Suki has earned widespread recognition for its innovative contributions to the healthcare industry.

Problem Statement

As Suki looked to expand its operations and strengthen its presence in India, the company faced the critical challenge of identifying a technocrat capable of leading this growth. The role demanded a leader with a deep understanding of product re-architecture, organizational optimization, and commercial strategy. Suki needed someone who not only possessed strong technical expertise but also had the leadership acumen to build and nurture high-performing teams. Under his leadership, Suki has witnessed a remarkable fivefold increase in valuation, growing from USD 100 million. He has successfully scaled the India team to over 70 members, streamlined development processes, and significantly improved operational efficiency.
