Problem Statement

Being the world's largest data-driven logistics provider, the leadership team of DP World was looking for a senior thought leader and seasoned professional in the supply chain sector, who would be able to understand and align with the vision of the company. With a deep understanding of the logistics industry ecosystem, the prospect must demonstrate proven expertise in the supply chain sector. 

Solution & Execution

The leadership team at DP World was looking for a suitable tech leader who would be responsible for market Access, e-commerce and data chain solutions that align with the future tech roadmap and business goals. Purple Quarter understood the client’s requirement and identified Sangam Reddy as the right candidate for the Global VP of Engineering role. Utilizing the Behavioral Metrics Model (BMM), Sangam was identified as the Reconstructor, who would be responsible for scaling the growth of the organization.  With over 25 years of industry experience, Sangam has detailed knowledge and technical expertise along with the experience of working at global MNCs in a senior position. His international exposure and prior stints at a leading logistics company make him the right fit for DP World.
